Do you provide breakfast / meals?
We do not provide breakfast / meals. Variety of cafés & restaurants are nearby and food delivery from Zomato / Swiggy is easy. Also available is a shared self-service kitchenette for warming & basics and a tea & coffee vending machine.

Are there any time restrictions?
Check-in time: 12 noon onwards.
Check-out time: till 11 am.
Other than that you can come & go anytime as the premises remains open 24/7.

Is parking available?
Ample Car Parking space is available just outside the property on open street.

Are housekeeping services present?
Housekeeping services can be availed once a day around 11 am daily. Kitchenette is usable on self-cleaning basis.

Are unmarried couples allowed?
Local ID Unmarried Couples are NOT allowed at our homestay. No refund on violation.

Is loud noise / partying / pets allowed?
Your get-together must remain in your room only. Any activity which disturbs other guests / owners / neighbours is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. No refund on violation.
"Good location and nice ambiance. The entrance itself is quite pleasing. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The owner is quite nice and polite and the service is good. It will feel like a nice hotel stay at really affordable rates. Unlike many home stays, there is no time restrictions at night."
